What we process and why
Identification and contact data (name, email, postal address, phone) to process your order, ship it and issue the invoice.
Strictly necessary browsing data for the shop to work — your cart contents are stored in your own browser and never sent to a server.
Legal basis
Performance of the sales contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); compliance with tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for marketing messages, if you request them.
Retention
Order data is kept for the periods required by tax and commercial law (generally 6 years). Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Recipients
Carriers to deliver your order, the payment provider to take payment, and our accountants. No data is shared for any other purpose.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@molinetdecalflari.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This site is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
