Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
To exercise it, simply write to info@molinetdecalflari.com before that period ends, quoting your order number.
Important exception for opened food
Under Article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, sealed food products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health. An opened bottle or jug cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the return, we will refund the amount paid — including standard shipping costs — within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method you used.
Cost of returning
The direct cost of returning the goods is yours, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives broken or leaking, send photographs to info@molinetdecalflari.com as soon as possible. We will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
