These terms govern the sale of products through this website by Enric Jiménez Abad. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age and accept these terms.
Products and availability
Our products are artisanal and availability depends on the harvest. Photographs are indicative: small variations in colour and tone are natural.
Prices and taxes
All prices are shown in euros and include applicable indirect taxes. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are itemised before you confirm the order.
For deliveries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland or the United Kingdom), import duties and taxes may apply on arrival and are payable by the recipient.
Ordering and payment
After confirming your order you will receive a confirmation email. The contract is formed at that point. Accepted payment methods are shown during checkout.
Shipping and lead times
Delivery times are estimates in working days from order confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure.
Legal guarantee
Products carry the legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time and we will resolve it at no cost.
